This usually consists of hands on treatment and 1:1 exercise rehabilitation. We will teach you the exercises programmes and pain prevention techniques which are designed to allow you to rake control of your condition, and more importantly, prevent pain from returning again.

Our Magherafelt based physiotherapists specialise in back and neck pain, headaches, joint pain, sports injuries such as muscles pulls and tears, as well as post-operative rehabilitation. Our therapists provide the very best in diagnosis and treatment, using a multi-modal approach.
